We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.


1. Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at Support@neckhaven.com or call 980-220-6638.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • We will provide instructions to return the item at no cost and either replace it or issue a full refund.
